RETURN POLICY


Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email beforehand, we will guide you through the return & refund/replacement process. Returns without notice will not be accepted. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still have the original package & gifts attached. Upon receipt of your return, we will examine to make sure it's in good condition and then issue the refund through the original payment method you use when placing order.

Notices:

1.We will send pictures of the actual hair you ordered for you to check and confirm before shipping out, if there's any concerns about the color difference or other issues, kindly let us know before shipment. Returns regarding color difference will not be accepted.

2.Returned items must be in original condition(unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. If the items you receive are defective or misplaced, kindly contact us through email within 15 days upon receiving, otherwise we are not able to accept return.

3.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we are not able to issue refund. Return shipping shall be prepaid by you the buyer.

 

4.If the items have been used or damaged, we are not able to accept return, for used/damaged goods couldn't be restored without extra cost and will affect future selling.


Refund:

1.If the return is due to seller's problems (such as: sent wrong products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

2.If the return is due to buyer’s problems (such as: don’t like/want, ordered wrong product/size), we will deduct order shipping cost from the refund.

3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the status of the refund. If it's granted, then your refund will be processed through your original method of order payment, within a certain amount of days(depending on the payment methods). If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.



Cancellation & Replacement:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (service@yeswigs.com). For longer than 2 hours, we can’t guarantee the cancellation.

You can change your order before shipping. Once package shipping out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.

If you need to replace for the same item after shipping out, please kindly send us an email at service@yeswigs.com for the return info.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
We reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1.An irregular or excessive returns history;


2.An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;


3.Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.


Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity . In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.


24 hours respond--- Due to time differences, we will try our best to reply you within 24 hours.

About return shipping fees: if the customers dislike/unsuitable, or want replacement for another style/color, the buyer shall pay the shipping fees . If it is caused by seller, such as shipping wrong items, and/or quality problems, seller shall pay the shipping fees.
